Will going to an independent shop void any remaining warranties?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, manufacturers cannot void your warranty simply because you used an independent shop for maintenance or repairs — as long as OEM or equivalent parts are used and the work is properly documented. We keep detailed service records for every vehicle.
Do you use the same parts as the dealer?
Yes. We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or OEM-equivalent parts that meet factory specifications. For performance vehicles like M-Series BMWs or Porsche 911s, we only use parts that are appropriate for the vehicle's intended use. We'll always tell you exactly what's going into your car.
Can you handle complex electrical and software issues?
Absolutely. We invest in the same factory-level diagnostic tools that dealerships use — including BMW ISTA, ODIS for Audi/VW, and PIWIS for Porsche. We can code modules, perform software updates, and diagnose complex electrical faults that generic scan tools can't see.
How much can I actually save vs. the dealer?
